2 Subscription Policies
● Plans and Pricing:

● Quota Usage Policies：

● Annual Subscription (Recommended):
Users who choose the annual subscription make a one-time payment and enjoy a 50% discount on the monthly rate compared to the monthly subscription. This option not only helps you save costs but also ensures uninterrupted access to all features for a full year. Please note that annual subscriptions do not automatically renew for the following year.
● Monthly Subscription:
After the first month’s payment, the subscription will automatically renew the following month. If the renewal fails due to an issue on your end, such as insufficient funds in your bank account, your account will automatically revert to the free plan the following month.
3 Cancellation Policies
- Annual plans do not auto-renew for the next year, so no cancellation is required.
- Monthly plans can be canceled anytime in My Subscriptions under your account at no extra cost. Your plan will stay active until the end of the current billing cycle, then switch to the free plan. All your data in Video Transcriber AI will remain safe.
4 Refund Policies
Before making any payments, we kindly ask that you carefully read the Terms and Conditions.It is strongly recommended that you familiarize yourself with the features and functionality of our product before placing an order to avoid situations that may require a refund.

The refund amount equals the payment minus the value of any used Quotas.

- Refund requests are not accepted after 24 hours
- "First purchase" does not include renewals, upgrades, or repurchases
- Monthly plans are not refundable within 24 hours after auto-renewal, but you may cancel during this period
- Discounted purchases are non-refundable
